Hit up the LA Gun Range this morning. After watching the Justice “Across The Universe” documentary where they go to the LA Gun Range, I asked my friend Kelly who was visiting if he wanted to go and the answer was yes. Never shot a gun before and Kelly was leaving today so we squeezed the trip downtown in before his flight. Shot a .38, a 9mm Beretta and a Smith & Wesson 500. My goodness that gun is fucking no joke. I guess no guns are really joke but it holds 5 rounds and after shooting 3, I realized it was enough. Check out the clip above of this woman shooting the gun. The thing kicks back like a car accident and shoots a flame out the barrel like whoa. I’m not into guns, doubtful I will ever own one but thought I should exercise my Constitutional right.

This video and song are absolutely brilliant. I listened to the song when it dropped without the visual reference and I think this is one of the great instances where the video helps the song. Was watching MTV Jams the other night and they did a DJ Khaled block of videos (amazing right?) and this came on. Man. Wow.
Not sure how old this is but man this is funny

“Wale: How many pairs of ‘94 Pippens does he own?”
Dear Mitch Richmond,
The thing I like about Wale is that he references stuff I know about and also stuff that I have no idea about. Read that back to me. Thanks.
On Whole Time, he alludes to a pair of all-black Pippens, leading me to believe he is the proud owner of this particular colourway. Many congratulations to you.
On Warrick Avenue, he alludes to his knickers and his blue and white Pippens, which are available at DQM and other sneaker boutiques both within the USA and abroad.
My question is, does he have a pair of the red Pippens, worn by Scottie during the ‘94 All Star Weekend. This is my colourway of choice given the attention they received during the weekend’s festivities.
These are readily available to the public and hence I am requesting he purchase a pair on my behalf, and mail them to my secret hideout post haste.
I wanna be Hollywood like Robinson, but I ain’t gettin’ paid like McIlvaine.
Alternatively, a pair of ?uestos would suffice.
Enjoy your Yuletide,
R.A.

I used to love this movie when I was a kid. I actually have it on DVD too. Captain EO is a 3-D film formerly shown at Disney theme parks. The film stars Michael Jackson. It was directed by Francis Ford Coppola, executive-produced by George Lucas, choreographed by Jeffrey Hornaday, photographed by Peter Anderson, produced by Rusty Lemorande, and written by Lemorande, Lucas and Coppola. The score was written by James Horner, and featured two songs (”We Are Here to Change the World” and “Another Part of Me”) by Michael Jackson. The Supreme Leader was played by Anjelica Huston. Famed cinematographer Vittorio Storaro acted as visual consultant. It opened at Disneyland on September 18, 1986 and closed April 7, 1997. It opened at Epcot on September 12, 1986 and closed July 6, 1994.
